Fantastic to deal with, from office to delivery, easy to change a time if need be, polite and very friendly staff, refreshing to have businesses like this, flexible and customer service focused, they know the product can be bought from anywhere but the service on the other hand is hard to find. I'm really impressed with Soilworx customer service. Outstanding. I particularly like the tracking function as it offers real time delivery status. Photographic confirmation is a great service too. The quality of the vegetable mix soil is excellent and the price is reasonable, I will definitely use Soilworx again.

Delivery was perfect. I've never received a soil delivery on time and as promised until today. In fact it was to the minute on-time. Would definitely recommend Soilworx to anyone. Driver was polite, efficient and helpful, like no other soil delivery driver I've ever experienced either, they are usually abrupt, rude and arrogant. Not so from Soilworx. Great experience well done. Oh and delivery status tracking is awesome.
