What I do at Soilworx?
In my capacity as the Transport Manager, I am responsible for optimising daily operations. This involves such tasks as managing rosters, monitoring & maintaining transport costs, meeting customer requirements and providing support to our operational staff. Additionally, a crucial aspect of my role involves fostering communication with our drivers to deliver feedback, share updates and ensure compliance with our company policies.

What do I enjoy the most at Soilworx?
I am enjoying the fact that I have joined Soilworx during the beginning of its next phase of growth. This presents an opportunity for my role to develop as the company expands. I'm eagerly anticipating what this upcoming stage will entail.

What is my favourite product or service;
Our delivery management system, Subtrux, is unquestionably a game-changer, enabling us to consistently deliver on time in full. I continue to be amazed by its capabilities and the valuable insights it offers to enhance our operational efficiency.

What do I love to eat/cook or make? or what do I love to do on the weekend?
My ideal weekends typically involve enjoying a fine red wine from my collection whilst savouring delicious homemade wood fired pizzas in the company of family or friends. Whenever I have the opportunity, I enjoy hitching up the camper and escaping the city's hustle and bustle. As the warmer weather arrives, weekends often revolve around boating and family water skiing adventures.
